Welcome to the home page for Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Savage MN

Adoration open for daytime hours

Hello Adorers! We hope you are all doing well! As our parish begins to transition into what the Archdiocese is calling “Phase 2 of Liturgy During the Pandemic”, we are excited to announce that we are re- opening Eucharistic Adoration starting Saturday, May 30th!

We will be starting with a set schedule of hours during Phase 2 with the hope of transitioning back to a 24/7 schedule some time in a future phase. In addition to the new schedule, Adoration will also be relocated into the Holy Family Chapel during this time.

Adoration times with the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the Holy Family Chapel will be as follows:

Sunnoon - 5:00 PM
Mon - Fri9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sat9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We will have scheduled adorers attending these hours but anyone is welcome to come during these hours as well. Please note that if you come to adore our Lord outside of these currently scheduled times, the Blessed Sacrament will be reposed in the Tabernacle in the Sanctuary.

In an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible, we have established the following guidelines that must be followed:

As always if you cannot make your hour or feel that you should not attend your hour, feel free to request a substitute. If you have any questions regarding this new schedule or the guidelines for Phase 2, please contact us.

Many Blessings to you all!

Need for additional volunteers

The diocese recommends that we have 350 scheduled adorers for Perpetual Adoration. To have two adorers at every hour, we need 326 scheduled adorers currently there are only 154 adorers on the schedule. If you, or someone you know, could commit to a regular hour each week, it would be very helpful.
